Daniel R. Miller
Daniel graduated cum laude from University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management and a minor in Management Information Systems.
He received his Juris Doctorate from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
Daniel was a William H. Pedrick Scholar and winner of the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel, Mary Moers Wenig Student Writing Competition for his paper on Harmless Error.
He has been published in the Brooklyn Barrister and is an active member of the Brooklyn Bar and Elder Law Committee.
He is the Vice Chair of the Elder Law Committee for the Brooklyn Bar and Co-Chair of the Technology Committee of the Elder Law Section for the New York State Bar Association
Outside the office Daniel likes to catch up with friends, play sports, run, and watch the Jets.
