What is Elder Law?

Elder Law focuses on the legal needs of our senior citizens. Elder Law is comprised of three major categories: Estate Planning, Guardianship’s, and Medicaid Planning.  Elder Law encompasses typical estate planning like creating wills and trusts as well as planning for long term care and governmental aid. It also includes advanced directives like health care proxies and living wills as well as guardianship proceedings.  Click on the pictures below to learn more about each area or contact our office with any Elder Law question.
