What is Included?

  • Consultation– First, you will speak with one of our skilled attorneys to discuss your estate plan. This consultation can be done in person, over the phone, by FaceTime, or Skype.

  • Last Will & Testament–  We will prepare your Last Will & Testament and tailor it to your wishes. This document will specify how your property will be distributed when you pass away.

    • Guardian-  More important than your property, your Last Will & Testament allows you to tell the Court who you wish to take care of your children should you and your partner pass away in some unforeseen incident.
